Not everyone needs a personal trainer, but all of our trainers are available if you ever find yourself needing help or guidance whilst exercising or dieting.
Our trainers are the most competent experts in the Physical training industry and will gladly assist you in any matter that you need help with.
Trinergy Gym offers members safe and secure parking for the entire duration of their visit. Car gaurds and secrutiy cameras are always on watch whilst you complete your workout!
You can write to us within 5 (five) business days after you signed the contract excluding day of signature. If you exercise the right of termination, this agreement will automatically be terminated and you will be refunded any payment we received from you on the basis that we receive back any and all promotional items that may have been issued to you.
This Contract cannot be frozen for any reason unless written approval is obtained from the Club Manager.
This Contract may be frozen for a minimum of 1 (ONE) calendar month to a maximum of 6 (SIX) months in a twelve month cycle, for medical or religious reasons, or travelling overseas, or when under financial administration along with relevant proof and documentation.
The current monthly fee will reduce to the current Trinergy Health & Fitness freezing fee and contract term extended for the period of freezing request.

With your personal “Spinologist” Trey! Clear your head and get in the zone. This Spin class has something for everyone! A great mix of strength and endurance from heart pounding jumps to the epic climb. The Dr. is in!
LES MILLS SPRINT
Is a 30-minute-High intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits.
LES MILLS RPM
Is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

The trip is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multipeak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
A RIGOROUS BLEND OF DIFFERENT EXERCISE STYLES!
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.
Sections of class are also paired with stretching to increase overall flexibility. Barre class is named for the primary piece of equipment: the bar.
If you have ever been in a ballet studio, this piece of equipment will be familiar.
Aerial Yoga is a fun, challenging workout routine!
In an aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that’s suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows.
The purpose of the hammock is to help you improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do more challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulders, spine, or head.
For people with knee issues, getting to the floor can be challenging. But the aerial fabric essentially brings the floor up to you.
Pilates will boost your flexibility and joint mobility. !
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Using your own body weight will make your muscles stronger.
