Where do I even start?

It all depends on what you want to change! Whether you would like to lose weight, gain muscle or even start to eat healthier, we have the trainers and nutritional adviser to help you through any goal you want to achieve.

All of our trainers are highly qualitifed, friendly and ready to help you with whatever problem you would like to change. We will guide you, step by step, until you are able to accomplish your goals for your body.

What are the clubs operating Hours?

Do I need a personal trainer?

Not everyone needs a personal trainer, but all of our trainers are available if you ever find yourself needing help or guidance whilst exercising or dieting.
Our trainers are the most competent experts in the Physical training industry and will gladly assist you in any matter that you need help with.

Is there secure parking?

Trinergy Gym offers members safe and secure parking for the entire duration of their visit. Car gaurds and secrutiy cameras are always on watch whilst you complete your workout!

What happens if I cancel my membership?

You can write to us within 5 (five) business days after you signed the contract excluding day of signature. If you exercise the right of termination, this agreement will automatically be terminated and you will be refunded any payment we received from you on the basis that we receive back any and all promotional items that may have been issued to you.

Can I freeze my membership?

This Contract cannot be frozen for any reason unless written approval is obtained from the Club Manager.
This Contract may be frozen for a minimum of 1 (ONE) calendar month to a maximum of 6 (SIX) months in a twelve month cycle, for medical or religious reasons, or travelling overseas, or when under financial administration along with relevant proof and documentation.
The current monthly fee will reduce to the current Trinergy Health & Fitness freezing fee and contract term extended for the period of freezing request.

What are the gym's etiquettes?

  1. Always Carry a Sweat Towel
  2. DONT put down.. PUT away!
  3. Don’t invade other people’s space if they are working out.
  4. Try be on time for classes, don’t make anyone else late!
  5. Try to wear appropriate clothing for the gym – always wear laced, closed shoes!
  6. Always tell the instructor of a class if you have any injuries or illnesses that could become a problem during the workout.
  7. Let coaches coach
  8. LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR!!!
  9. & MOST OF ALL – HAVE FUN!!!

A RIGOROUS BLEND OF DIFFERENT EXERCISE STYLES!

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.

Sections of class are also paired with stretching to increase overall flexibility. Barre class is named for the primary piece of equipment: the bar.

If you have ever been in a ballet studio, this piece of equipment will be familiar.

Aerial Yoga is a fun, challenging workout routine!

In an aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that’s suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows.

The purpose of the hammock is to help you improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do more challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulders, spine, or head.

For people with knee issues, getting to the floor can be challenging. But the aerial fabric essentially brings the floor up to you.

Pilates will boost your flexibility and joint mobility. !

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Using your own body weight will make your muscles stronger.

The low impact workout will engage your muscles in a strong but gentle way.

Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise.

Rebounding is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline. Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping.

This type of exercise is gaining popularity because it’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without taxing the body.

There are five main components of physical fitness. Cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility/mobility and body composition.

Developing these types of fitness will lead to adaptations and changes in the body in response to this exercise being done, which will improve the condition of the body.

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular.

The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might see in a nightclub. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class.

With the tag line, “Ditch the workout, Join the party”, the classes emphasize moving to the music having a good time, no rhythm required.

This is a fun, empowering cardio workout !

As well as being great for using up calories, burning fat, building stamina, improving muscle tone and all manner of other benefits, Body Combat is also a fabulous core exercise where you will undergo a cracking workout, whilst relieving stress and raising your heart rate.

Research has shown that the kicks and fast alternating jabs of a Body Combat session can be the equivalent of doing 1700 standard crunches.

This energetic class, available throughout our Fitness & Wellbeing facility, is strongly influenced by martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health.

The moves target your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. They also improve your balance, coordination, and agility.

Hula hoop your way into losing cm’s and toning your body!

A weighted hula hoop session, where you will learn various hoop tricks and hula flow sequences. Weighted hula hoops are bigger and heavier than are traditional hula hoops.

Further research revealed that Hula-Hooping is, in fact, excellent exercise, you can burn seven calories a minute while hooping, and it also helps improve posture, boosts circulation, and strengthens core muscles.

On average, women can burn about 165 calories in 30 minutes of hula hooping, and men can burn about 200 calories in 30 minutes of hula hooping.
